Commenced scoring the documentary feature PISTORIUS, about the infamous South African Olympic athlete Oscar Pisotrius. I’ll be exploring some South African influences combined with dark, dramatic music for this film, which will be released before Xmas 2017.
Completed scoring the short film BEDDGELERT (GELERT’S GRAVE), starring Andrew Howard and Catherine Ayers and directed by Medeni Griffiths. It’s based on the old Welsh story of Llewelyn the Great and his trusty dog Gelert. Read more about it here.

Tonight @Schoenberg Hall – UCLA, my orchestral work BLODEUWEDD gets its LA premier in a concert dedicated to contemporary LA-based composers. Here’s a little about the myth which inspired my piece.
My concert work BLODEUWEDD (for full orchestra) is being performed in LA on April 21 as part of the Hear Now Festival. Recently revised (having written it back in 2001), it’s my first concert performance in LA in many years. Very excited!
